Returns & Refunds Policy
Returns: Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase if unused, unopened, and in original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. Hazardous or flammable items are not eligible for return due to shipping regulations.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, you'll be notified by email of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method. If you haven't received your refund, allow 3–5 business days for processing, then check with your bank or card issuer before contacting us.
Exchanges & Damages: We replace defective or damaged items only. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging.
Return Shipping: Contact us for a return authorization before shipping. Return shipping costs are your responsibility and non-refundable. Prepaid labels are available upon request, but the cost will be deducted from your refund. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
